A member of the team will contact when your order is ready and arrange a pick up time. 2. If the merchandise doesn’t fit, can it be returned? a. All unworn and unlaundered items can be returned for a full refund. 3. Can clothing be shipped to a Northern address? a. Yes, all items can be packaged and shipped to an alternative address. Shipping charges will be placed on your Fiddlesticks account. 4. Will additional items and clothing be added to the online catalog? a. Items will be updated and added to the catalog when needed. 5. What precautions are being taken if items are returned? a. All returned merchandise will be held in the stock room for an extended period and steamed before being returned to the floor. 6. Can items be special ordered out of these collections? a. Unfortunately, items are not available for special order. 7. Why don’t they have my size? a. Existing stock is being used for the online catalog and some size runs may have been sold through prior to the club closure.
