o Kitchen Expansion: Improving flow, prep areas, bakery expansion, and delivery zones. o Event Spaces: Increasing indoor capacity for club activities and member sponsored events. o Women's Locker Room: Relocating to the second floor, closer to the golf shop and new elevator, with indoor and outdoor seating and tables for games o Men’s Locker Room: Relocating to the western end of the clubhouse, closer to the new golf shop and new elevator, with indoor and outdoor seating, tables for games, and a designated smoking area o Member Activity Rooms: Adding three rooms on the lower level for cards, member activities, and meetings. o Golf Shop: Relocating to provide better member access, improved lighting, and strategic views of Long Mean. o Cart Storage: Reconfigur ing to improve bag storage, cart cleaning, and staging of member and club cars. o Improved Service Flow: Addressing cross- traffic and congestion between food and beverage service and member access. o Additional Storage: Providing storage for furniture, records, tools, and supplies on the lower level of the addition. o Operational Efficiencies: locating the employee break room on the addition's first floor, including lockers and restrooms . o Cost Savings on Events: Reducing tent rentals, equipment spending, and labor to accommodate large events. o Accounting and Administration to lower-level addition: Relocating Administration and Accounting from the third- floor attic to the addition's first floor . o Private Dining Rooms: Accommodating up to 50 people for small member events or members to host small private events. The Club hosts 60 – 70 small events each year.
