CLUB NEWS

Over the last several days, we have read a great deal about the phased re-

opening of America outlined by the Coronavirus Task Force. This three phase

approach has many components and we will continue to review the state and

local guidelines as they are updated. This is not going be a light switch that we

turn back on and everything is operational again. It will be a phased approach

that takes into consideration the health and safety of our members, their

guests and our staff. Will it require patience? Perhaps more than we thought

we had because as services begin to return it will require careful consideration

to not jump one step forward at the risk of taking three steps back. We have

come this far in our shared sacrifice that it wouldn’t be prudent to lose sight of

our goals now. We have and will continue to be one community and will not

make decisions that please a few but risk the greater good.

Throughout the history of Fiddlesticks, we have seen so many examples of

community building and opportunities where our members have come together

and made a difference. This crisis is certainly one of those times. Today, we

listened to Dr. Audrey Sherman share some thoughts on how our community

can stay mentally healthy while we are apart. Click here to watch the complete

discussion and explore related materials below.
