BNFCF Board Meeting January 30, 2017

Nichols Cup Golf Tournament Russ Ogan reported that 24 of the 27 Golf Pros have committed and Travis Wehrs will be filling in with Club Pros from the area. After a discussion, it was decided that we could add a few more Professional to the list. Hole in One Cars all set. Media coverage, NBC, ABC, Fox News and the News Press have all been contacted. Auction Update Katherine Van der Mey pass the jewelry around that will be auctioned on Saturday and Sunday. Gerry Wolken mentioned the new items that came in this week. Porto Vallarta and Beaver Creek, Colorado. Charities Nancy Clair has contacted CAC and ACT requesting their Special Needs for this year Event. CAC is asking for Tablets that would be used in their therapy groups and EMDR certifications for their therapeutic staff. Cost$14,000. ACT is in need of 6 computers and 2 printers for tutoring the children. Cost $7,000. The Charity visit is scheduled for Friday, January 27, 2017. CAC at 9:00 AM and ACT at 10:00AM. Earl Holland Memorial Scholarship Fund The draft of the Gift Agreement and Scholarship Agreement between the Bobby Nichols Fiddlesticks Charity Foundation and the Florida South Western State College Foundation, Inc. was distributed to the Directors. The applicants must come from one of our Charities.
