B. Fishing 1. Fishing in lakes is restricted to members and their guests. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times when fishing. 2. Fishing is prohibited in lakes where there is a fountain and/or water bubbler system. 3. "Catch and release" of all fish is required. 4. No fishing during golf hours from the golf course side of the lakes. 5. Fishing from the non-golf course side of the lakes is permitted during golf hours as long as it is not disrupting play. 6. No fishing from Fiddlesticks’ fleet of golf carts. 7. While utilizing personal carts for fishing, all current golf cart rules must be followed, i.e. 90 degree crossing, etc. 8. Permission is required from the residential property owners when fishing from their property and/or from lake banks directly behind their home. 9. Fishing is allowed during course closures with prior approval from of the Director of Agronomy. 10. Always be courteous and considerate of the golf maintenance personnel as they complete their work. 11. All those who choose to fish within Fiddlesticks are responsible for cleaning up after themselves including fishing line, lures and tackle. 12. All Florida Fish and Wildlife regulations are to be followed. SECTION XI: POOL/CABANA AND LITTLESTICKS PLAYGROUND A. The Pool and Littlesticks are for Fiddlesticks members and their guests. B. Splash parties, birthday parties and other such special events must be arranged in advance with Club Management. A fee will be charged for clean-up and special supervision, if required. C. Shower each time before entering the Pool in order to remove suntan preparations. Please wash off feet after being on the lawn or at the Littlesticks. D. Any person having an infectious or communicable disease or an open wound is prohibited from using the Pool and Littlesticks. E. Children under ten (10) years of age, using the Pool, must be accompanied by a responsible person at least sixteen (16) years of age.
