delivery of materials by directing suppliers and subcontractors to the job site subject to the following rules:

(1) All incoming vehicles must stop at the gatehouse for identification by the staff.

(2) Drivers should be prepared to stop at the gatehouse when leaving Fiddlesticks if signaled to do so by gatehouse personnel.

b. One sign displaying the contractor and/or architect’s name may be displayed on the lot. This sign must not exceed five square feet in area and must be in harmony with the design standards of Fiddlesticks Country Club. No loud or gaudy colors will be permitted. When the job is completed, the sign must be removed immediately. No other signs will be displayed at any time, including those of subcontractors or signs advertising other goods or services. c. The working hours for construction personnel at Fiddlesticks will be from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. No work will be performed on Sunday.

d. Workers’ vehicles, including lawn maintenance vehicles and trailers must be parked in the roadway. Streets in fiddlesticks are private property.

e. The posted speed limit in Fiddlesticks is 30 m.p.h. Vehicles traveling in an unsafe manner or excessive speed will be subject to restricted access to the community.

f. Noise levels, including radios, must be kept to a minimum.

VI. ENFORCEMENT OF ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES

Consistent with the Deed of Restrictions and to ensure that all new homes and home revisions meet these Architectural Review guidelines, as well as the character and quality of the Fiddlesticks Community, the following remedies may be used to enforce compliance: A. The ARC committee will recommend to the Club Board that it take appropriate action. This action could include remedial work, fines, and suspension of privileges until the issue is resolved. The Club Board makes the determination of what the appropriate action would be based on ARC recommendations and the Club’s Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. B. Builder/Contractor will not be permitted to continue current construction and will not be permitted future construction in Fiddlesticks Country Club until violations are corrected. Agents and equipment of the builder/contractor may be denied entrance into Fiddlesticks Country Club.

Forfeiture of construction deposit.

D. Necessary corrections to violations of guidelines will be undertaken by Fiddlesticks Country Club and charged to homeowner’s expense.

VII. BUILDER/CONTRACTOR ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

Fiddlesticks Security will determine the destination of all builder/contractor personnel and equipment at the Gatehouse. If the destination has not been approved by the Committee, the equipment/personnel will not be permitted entrance to the Club.
