pay for any damages to streets, curbs, common areas, or adjoining lots occurring during lot clearing, house construction, or landscaping.
b. Approval by the Committee does not preclude the necessity for obtaining a Building Permit from the Lee County Building Department.
c. The builder, lot owner, or architect should ensure availability of all utilities. An application should be made to Florida Power and Light Company for temporary and permanent electrical service. d. The connections for water and sewer are indicated on each lot. Care should be exercised in clearing of the lot, so as not to disturb buried cables, water and sewer lines. Location of utilities must be flagged by each utility company before excavation is commenced. e. Normally, Florida Power and Light Company will run the electric service from the transformer to the residence by the most direct route to a point on the building nearest the transformer at no cost to the contractor. Additional cable required to enter the building at any other point may result in a charge to the builder by Florida Power and Light Company. Application for sewer service must be made to Fiddlesticks Country Club and water service to Lee County Utilities. f. There is no dumping area available at Fiddlesticks. Provisions should be made for a 20- 30 yard dumpster. If it is necessary to place the dumpster on a portion of the street, then flashing lights must be installed on both ends of the dumpster.

Filling of Lot and Erosion Control
(1) The lot to be cleared will be surveyed to establish all boundaries.
(2) A lot must be filled with clean sand fill and construction commenced within 30 days of the date the lot is cleared to comply with the Deed of Restrictions.
(3) A silt fence will be installed on all sides of the lot except where the lot abuts the street.
(4) All precautions must be taken to prevent runoff, storm drain clogging, and infringement upon neighboring lots.
(5) All precautions must be taken to contain the fill from erosion by water, wind, and any other natural element.
(6) Before the commencement of site clearing, any tree to be saved or removed shall be identified and taped.
(7) If no construction has commenced within 60 days after clearing, the lot must be sodded and maintained at the owner’s expense.
2. During Construction
a. Damage to curbs, streets, and common areas as a result of construction will be charged to the owners.
