15. Why aren't we renovating the Cabana now? Answer:

The Cabana is now the only casual dining venue at FCC. The possible clubhouse renovation will significantly increase casual dining, and it is anticipated to reduce the demand for the cabana. Only after the possible clubhouse is operational can an accurate evaluation of the possible cabana renovation needs be addressed. New casual dining spaces in the Clubhouse may provide a more attractive and less weather-dependent dining option for the membership than the Cabana, especially in the warmer months, and will likely be open on a more frequent schedule.
