~The Bistro will be open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings with
seating's from 5pm-8pm.
~Dinner reservations are required in advance by calling 239-768-1111
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
~Reservations can be made starting Monday mornings at 9am for the following
week.
~It is suggested that members dine only with those living in the same
household.
~There is limited seating to ensure all guests are under cover.
~Tables and chairs shall not be moved from their existing locations or altered
in configuration.
~If you are seated late because you arrived after your reservation time, your
dining time will not be extended but rather reduced by the time you are late to
ensure the following reservation can be seated on time.
~Menu will be a high-end steakhouse feel with the farm to table approach Chef
Ryan is known for.
~Entrance to the Bistro is via the back patio stairs only.
~The downstairs golf restrooms will be utilized for this dining venue.
