CLUB OPERATIONS UPDATE

As the first week of our re-opening is underway, it has been a learning

opportunity at every turn. We knew that there would be much to be garnered

from our first week of operation. The demand for services would be gauged,

our staff would begin to experience face to face to interactions with the

membership, and your feedback would be heard. Thank you to everyone that

expressed their feedback and support for the operational plan, as well as those

that shared how we could help make the transition easier. There is no set rule

book that tells us what exactly should be done for our unique set of

circumstances. As we have done all along, our decisions are made with a

common sense approach and with the health and safety of our members and

staff at the forefront of our minds.

When we sent out our re-opening guidelines last week we indicated that we

would review the plan daily and make adjustments as needed. Starting June 5,

2020, we will be making the following changes to the operational plan. The

complete guidelines are outlined below for your review, including more detail.
