CLUB OPERATIONS UPDATE

It is with a deep sense of pride that Management and the Board of Directors

announce our plans for re-opening operations. This phased approach will be a

carefully orchestrated plan that involves new procedures, programs, and

policies. It will require us all to be patient and understanding, including with

your fellow members and our staff. This club has always been built on respect

and thoughtfulness, and I anticipate this transitional period will be no different.

Starting on June 1, 2020, we will begin Phase 1 of our re-opening to include

the Fitness Center, Pool, and outdoor dining. Next week, we will unveil the

precautionary measures we have put in place to provide the safest

environment possible for our members and staff. Keep in mind, we can't

guarantee a virus-free experience since that would be impossible. What we

can do, is implement procedures that make it as safe as we can. It is

imperative that those with underlying health conditions and senior citizens

remain home. The order in place by our local government is called "safer a

home" for a reason. You may in fact be safer at home based on your age and

health history and only you can make those decisions for your personal health

and safety.
