FCC Coronavirus Response

We have all heard this health crisis referred to as a war. We are fighting to
beat this virus using many different weapons in our universal arsenal. Whether
that is a vaccine, the shared sacrifices we are making across the world, or the
day to day precautions in our community. Every bit helps in our battle to regain
the freedoms we once had, and sadly many may have even taken for granted.
Much like a war, we can't let our guard down when things seem to be leveling
off. When the enemy is retreating or is held at bay is no time to become
complacent. In fact, this is the time to be extra vigilant and focused on our
goals. We are not out of the woods, so while we are moving forward with an
abundance of caution, we encourage you to continue your dedication to our
collective health and wellness.
Out of concern for our members and staff, we closed our on-course restrooms
a few weeks ago. I mentioned that we wouldn't reopen until such time that we
felt we could offer a safer environment for everyone. We had a keypad system
installed this week and are ready to open the restrooms back up, with some
caveats. First, these restrooms will be sanitized twice a day. This does not
eliminate all risk of shared touch points, therefore please only use the
restrooms for emergencies. The restrooms are for golfers and staff that must
use the restrooms while working on the golf courses. These restrooms are not
for outside vendor usage now or anytime in the future. If a vendor working on
your home needs to use a restroom they are not permitted to follow anyone in
nor are you allowed to share the code with them. This is not only a health and
safety concern, but also a security concern since bathroom photos were
recently stolen. I cannot stress enough how important this is now during this
